These terms and conditions apply to the use of Invy ("the Service"), a digital platform for creating and sending invitations, thank you cards, and related event tools. By creating an account and/or making a purchase, you accept these terms. Invy is operated by Alexma ApS, CVR no. 30954580, Denmark.
Invy offers the following products and services: • Digital Invitation – create, design, and send digital invitations with RSVP, guest list management, seating plan, gallery, etc. • Thank You Card – design and automatically send digital thank you cards to guests after an event. • Bundle (Invitation + Thank You Card) – combined package with both products at a discounted price. The base price includes up to 40 guests. Additional guests are charged per guest as indicated at checkout.
All prices are stated in DKK including VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe as a one-time payment at checkout. The price is calculated dynamically based on the selected product and number of invited guests: • Invitation: DKK 399 (incl. 40 guests, +DKK 6 per extra guest) • Thank You Card: DKK 299 (incl. 40 guests, +DKK 6 per extra guest) • Bundle: DKK 549 (incl. 40 guests, +DKK 12 per extra guest) After payment, the product is non-refundable as the digital service is delivered immediately.
Invy uses third-party providers to send SMS and email (including 46elks and Resend). Invy cannot guarantee: • That all messages are delivered correctly or on time • That messages will not end up in the recipient's spam/junk folder • That SMS will be delivered to all numbers in all countries Invy is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered messages. It is the host's responsibility to verify that invitations have been received by guests.
As a user ("host"), you are responsible for: • Ensuring the information you enter (names, phone numbers, email addresses) is correct • Having consent from the people you invite to receive messages from Invy • Complying with applicable legislation, including GDPR, in connection with the processing of guests' personal data Invy acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the host, who is the Data Controller for the entered guest information.
Invy processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). • Guest data (names, phone numbers, email addresses, RSVP responses) is retained for as long as the event exists with Invy, unless the host deletes the event • A website created with Invy is automatically closed to guests 2 days after the event date — or after 1 month if the website includes a gallery — out of respect for the guest names and phone numbers that may appear on the page. Content is not deleted, and the host can always publish the site again from their dashboard • A gallery or memory book is automatically unpublished for guests 6 months after the event date. The host can republish at any time to renew consent for guest photos and greetings to remain stored for another 6 months. If the gallery or memory book is not republished within 6 months of being unpublished, the photos and greetings are permanently deleted • A custom link to the website is reserved for up to 14 days without payment; if the website hasn't been paid for by then, the link is automatically released so others can use it • Guests who wish to correct or delete their data should contact the host • Sub-processors include 46elks (SMS), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and hosting provider For questions about data protection, you can contact us by email.
All content on the platform – including designs, backgrounds, templates, texts, and code – belongs to Invy and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. The user retains the rights to their own uploaded content (images, texts) but grants Invy a non-exclusive license to display this content as part of the service.
Invy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Invy is not liable for: • Downtime, errors, or operational disruptions on the platform • Loss of data due to technical errors • Indirect loss, consequential damages, or lost profits • Third-party actions or deficiencies (Stripe, 46elks, Resend, etc.) Invy's total liability is in all cases limited to the amount the user has paid for the product in question.
Invy reserves the right to close or suspend a user account without notice if the user: • Violates these terms • Uses the service for illegal or harmful purposes • Abuses the platform (spam, automated use without permission, etc.) The user may delete their account at any time by contacting Invy.
Invy reserves the right to change these terms. In case of significant changes, registered users will be notified via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
