This privacy policy describes how Invy collects, uses and protects your personal information.

1. Data controller

Invy is the data controller for information processed in connection with our services.

2. What data do we collect

We collect name, phone number and email in connection with creating and sending invitations.

3. Purpose

Data is used solely to deliver the invitation service and communicate with guests.

5. Role distribution

When creating an invitation, the host acts as data controller for the guest information entered.

Invy acts as a data processor and processes information solely on behalf of the host.

6. Storage and deletion

Information is only stored as long as the event is active.

The host can delete the event and guest data from their dashboard.

Inactive events are automatically deleted after 12 months.

7. Data processors

Invy uses sub-processors to deliver the service, including:

• SMS provider
• Payment provider (Stripe)
• Hosting provider

These only process data for the purpose of delivering the service.

8. Data subject rights

Guests can contact the host regarding correction or deletion of personal data.
